Nishtha Banker is a registered Architect in India and an art enthusiast who believes in the thoughtful integration of innovative technology within design. With over 10 years of professional experience, she has worked across diverse project types, guiding them from concept development through to execution. Her work reflects a balance of creativity and technical precision, shaped by a deep understanding of spatial experience and user needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her experience spans design development, client engagement, coordination, and project delivery. Nishtha values meaningful collaboration and clear communication, seeing client interactions as an essential part of shaping successful projects. She approaches each assignment with curiosity and a commitment to creating spaces that are both functional and emotionally resonant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond practice, she remains connected to academia through teaching and continuous learning, believing that design evolves through dialogue and research. An avid painter, she also takes a keen interest in crafts, appreciating the tactile and cultural narratives embedded in handmade work. She loves traveling with her husband, drawing inspiration from art, architecture, and diverse cultures around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through her work, Nishtha strives to merge art, technology, and human-centered design into spaces that inspire connection and elevate everyday life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Health Care Projects<\/strong>
1. Sneh Children\u2019s Hospital : Architectural changes and Interior Design – Modifying the civil structure of an existing pocket in a building and designing a child care clinic . On this project, we worked closely with the various health care specialty agencies to bring the design to life.
2. Avisha Children\u2019s Hospital : Architectural changes and Interior Design – This clinic was designed alongside graphic designers to bring a refreshing perspective to pediatric hospitals.
3. Bankers Hospital Mahuvad : Architecture Design Worked on the design of this 50 bedded facility which had to be designed to include multiple OPDs, OTs, ICUs, Patient Rooms and Dialysis centres.
4. Dhananjay Clinic : Architecture Design Design and planning of a parcel of land in a rural area that will have a clinic, lab collection centre and pharmacy alongside the doctor\u2019s residence and farm.
5. Dental Clinic : Interior Design – Design of a clinic for Dentist at Bhyali

1. Gandhi Family Home: Architecture and Interior Design Working on the design of a house for a young couple with two kids. Overlooking Its execution and selections of materials along with cost analysis and contracting of construction work.
2. Swadia Family Home: Architecture and Interior Design Designing and coordinating with contractors and builders for making a home that aligned with the client\u2019s requirement.
3. Solitaire Infiniti: Multi Family Residential Apartment: Architecture and Interior Design Program building and Design of a luxury apartment building for real estate client. Execution Quality Checks done by Nishtha too. Working alongside the developer and his contracting team was crucial in balancing the industry needs, economics and aesthetics.
4. Thaker Family home Extension: Architecture and Interior Design Designing a new floor for Adding to an existing house that was a 30\u201335-year of structure by collaborating with civil engineers and contractors.
5. Bhavsar Family Home : Architecture and Interior Design Planning the Demolition of an old house and rebuilding a new one on the same parcel of land – working to check if the new construction aligns to updated by laws and then redesigning + building the new home.
