Nishtha completed her bachelor’s degree in Architecture from School of Architecture – CEPT University, Ahmedabad and inkline studio was founded by her in Jan 2015 at Vadodara.

“Time and space are much explored concepts of modern day physics. The idea at inklinestudio is to extended the understanding of life and living by observing the interaction of people in time and space.”

● Chapel at Matru Chhaya: Civil changes and Interior Design with Execution An in-house chapel was designed for an Orphanage in Nadiad ● Figout Garment Store Design and Execution Design and Execution of an apparel store
● Inkline Studio Design and Execution Designing the studio of a Design firm along with its execution ● Nandania – Joshi and Associates CA Office : Design and Execution Design and execution of a CA firm. Design and selections were done along with third party contracting team that handled the construction. ● Exhibition Booth Design Design and contracting of an exhibition Booth in Plastic Expo – Plast India
INDUSTRIAL PROJECTS
● Nikka Robotics: Factory – Architectural and Interior Design With multiple agencies involved for constructing the Steel structure along with the office building in one compound, on this project Nishtha’s main role was balance the needs of the Client with structural integrity of the Shed and the heated climate of the industrial zone. ● Hemtech: Workshop – Architectural Design Worked alongside clients to design and build their workshop and office in industrial area. ● Innovative – Head Office and Testing Facility Desi Design and program building of the Head office for a Tyres and Tubes manufacturing company.
HEALTH CARE PROJECTS ● Sneh Children’s Hospital : Architectural changes and Interior Design – Modifying the civil structure of an existing pocket in a building and designing a child care clinic . On this project, we worked closely with the various health care specialty agencies to bring the design to life. ● Avisha Children’s Hospital : Architectural changes and Interior Design – This clinic was designed alongside graphic designers to bring a refreshing perspective to pediatric hospitals. ● Bankers Hospital Mahuvad : Architecture Design Worked on the design of this 50 bedded facility which had to be designed to include multiple OPDs, OTs, ICUs, Patient Rooms and Dialysis centres. ● Dhananjay Clinic : Architecture Design Design and planning of a parcel of land in a rural area that will have a clinic, lab collection centre and pharmacy alongside the doctor’s residence and farm. ● Dental Clinic : Interior Design – Design of a clinic for Dentist ● Neurologist’s Clinic : Interior Design – Design of a clinic for Neurologist ● Pharmacy: Interior Design – Designing a pharmacy for an existing hospital complex. RESIDENTIAL ● Gandhi Family Home: Architecture and Interior Design Working on the design of a house for a young couple with two kids. Overlooking Its execution and selections of materials along with cost analysis and contracting of construction work. ● Swadia Family Home: Architecture and Interior Design Designing and coordinating with contractors and builders for making a home that aligned with the client’s requirement. ● Solitaire Infiniti: Multi Family Residential Apartment: Architecture and Interior Design Program building and Design of a luxury apartment building for real estate client. Execution Quality Checks done by Nishtha too. Working alongside the developer and his contracting team was crucial in balancing the industry needs, economics and aesthetics. ● Thaker Family home Extension: Architecture and Interior Design Designing a new floor for Adding to an existing house that was a 30–35-year o structure by collaborating with civil engineers and contractors. ● Bhavsar Family Home : Architecture and Interior Design Planning the Demolition of an old house and rebuilding a new one on the same parcel of land – working to check if the new construction aligns to updated by laws and then redesigning + building the new home. ● Modi Family Home : Architecture Design Planning the Demolition of an old house and rebuilding a new one on the same parcel of land – working to check if the new construction aligns to updated by laws and then redesigning + building the new home. CIVIC & ARTS ● Vadodara Airport Art Tender To develop a design proposal for the Airport Authority of India, Nishtha Worked with a City based Artist and Historian to plan the artwork for the city’s airport reflecting the heritage of the cit ● Vadodara City Centre Sculpture Art Tender To develop a design proposal for the Corporation of City. Nishtha Worked with a City based Artist to plan the artwork for the city’s transport hub square and prepared the estimates by consulting various allied agencies. RENOVATION AND REPAIRS ● Mega Switch Gear Factory Office Renovated factory space and old office ● Residential Renovation – Desai Family House Design Renovation of an old house.
