Dhananjay Rural Clinic
A thoughtfully designed primary healthcare facility rooted in local context, simplicity, and human comfort.
The Dhananjay Rural Clinic was envisioned as a community-focused healthcare facility that responds sensitively to its rural context while addressing the functional needs of primary medical care. The design prioritizes accessibility, comfort, and dignity for patients by creating spaces that feel welcoming rather than institutional.

Designing healthcare beyond treatment — creating spaces that build trust and well-being.
Beyond providing medical services, the clinic functions as a social and community interface, reinforcing the idea that healthcare environments can foster trust, interaction, and well-being. The project reflects a design approach that balances practicality, sustainability, and human-centered spatial experience.
A Quiet Rural Retreat for the Doctor and the farmer

This multi-family project prioritizes human-scaled density through clear circulation, well-lit units, and shared community-oriented spaces. The design balances efficiency with livability, ensuring comfort for residents while responding to regulatory and urban constraints. It offers a sustainable model for future residential growth.

This residence is conceived as a study in proportion, light, and restraint. A limited material palette and precise detailing allow spatial qualities to take precedence over form. The design emphasizes clarity, stillness, and intentional living.
