Residential Design — Overview
This project seeks to optimize living spaces in a tight and dense context

Project : House for a small family
Location : Manjalpur Vadodara,Gujarat
Project Area : 2000 sqft
This project rethinks affordability through efficient planning, scalable design strategies, and durable construction systems. The focus is on delivering dignified housing that balances cost control with comfort and spatial quality. Architecture is used as a tool to make accessible living both achievable and sustainable.
This house is designed for a small family of three. It is situated in a very dense and old residential locality. The neighboring houses are very close by, and so privacy was one big factor that was taken in consideration while designing and so is the contradictory need for light and ventilation! The openings were deigned to be shaded with a layer of plants so that the light and air and not compromised and the house still maintains its privacy. The elevation is otherwise simple with a pop of red to stand uniquely in the surrounding.
